Dr. Lakshmi brings to 4G, her technical expertise in eGovernance and is the proud recipient of the “Women of the Year 2006 Award” by India Today for her IT contribution to Rural India. She has bagged a gold medal for “Cost Effective Solutions to Governments” awarded by Computer Society of India. She also received accolades by the Prime Minister of India,Dr. Manmohan Singh for her contribution towards eVillage.

Dr. Lakshmi holds a B. Tech (Computer Science) from Nagarjuna University, M.S. (Computer Science) from BITS, Pilani and a Ph.D. (Computer Science) from South Gujarat University.
